The Town of Hardisty was chosen for The Week the Women Went television show. This is a TV show that explores what happens when many of the women of a small town leaves for a week. The show was taped from June 2, 2007 to June 9, 2007. It will air on CBC for 10 consecutive weeks starting January 21, 2008, at 8 pm.
These photos show the community project that the men had to do during that week, in addition to doing their regular jobs, and taking care of their children.
